The Ruisseau du Raffort is ideally located for lovers of water sports. You can ski right to your door with direct access to the slopes. To return from your day on the slopes, all you have to do is take off your shoes on your terrace after crossing a charming little wooden bridge overlooking a stream, which gave its name to the chalet.

Nestled on the edge of the forest, at the foot of the major off-piste areas of the Croix Jean-Claude and the Raffort route, Le Ruisseau du Raffort offers an experience surrounded by nature. On the terrace, you will find an authentic Savoyard mazot, converted into a sauna, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes, as well as a Nordic kota equipped with a barbecue, a table and benches for memorable evenings in mountain.

The 1st and 2nd floors are dedicated to the bedrooms, offering all the comfort necessary for a restful sleep. On the top floor under the roof, a children's area with a breathtaking view of the stars awaits you. This space includes 2 bedrooms and a games room with a flat-screen TV and comfortable beanbags. On the garden level, covered parking is at your disposal, accessible directly from the chalet. It is shared with guests of the other chalets in the Hameau (Ecume and Abreuvoir). The entrance hall of the chalet has a ski room, drying racks for shoes and clothes, as well as storage lockers. A laundry room equipped with a washer-dryer is also available for all our guests.

The living room, dining room and spa offer a breathtaking view of the mountains without any vis-a-vis. Underfloor heating ensures optimal comfort, even in freezing weather.

In the spacious 90 m² living room, a central stone and wood fireplace creates a warm atmosphere. The living room is finely decorated and furnished, offering a convivial space with 2 leather and fabric corner sofas, club armchairs, poufs, and a unique coffee table, a creation of the owners.

A large traditional farm table can accommodate up to 14 guests, incorporating a cooktop with hood at the end of the table, ideal for preparing Savoyard family meals.
